2/27/2009 - Pilot project lessons learned report available
The e-Manifest pilot project evaluated the implemented e-Manifest central system and State agency
data exchanges being used under a simulated environment and in parallel to existing paper-based
manifest tracking and reporting processes.
A lessons learned report was developed to examine some of the key issues that emerged during the
project and the lessons learned through their assessment and resolution. The document is intended to
provide useful insights for consideration in future national e-Manifest system and data exchange
implementations.
All pilot project participants are invited and encouraged to review and contribute towards the
